What’s in a Name: Though its name suggests it will only work on a Chrysler vehicle, this harness is becoming more and more commonly needed on a lot of modern vehicles. Don’t have a “lamp out” warning, but suffering from annoying pulsing current coming from your factory headlight circuit and causing your lights to flicker? this is your answer.

Can’t Resist: The H4 Bi-xenon Mopar Spec harness utilizes two 50W load resistors with unique blue anodized heat-sinks to safely add that “missing” resistance back into the headlight circuit. There is also a 4700mF capacitor to help absorb any pulsing signals emitted from the stock output for uninterrupted relay function.

Under Control: Morimoto makes it easy with the MotoContro H4 Bi-xenon relay harness. Designed to be completely plug-n-play; it’s a seamless solution to keep your low and high beams under control with the original stalk inside the car. Works perfectly with Bi-xenon projector retrofits and Hi/Lo HID systems.

Advanced: The third generation MotoControl 8-Pin Relay has a tiny built-in capacitor that stores and releases it’s charge between mode changes.

So even if there’s a short gap between the low and high beam signals from your car, your HID’s will run smoothly. It’s sealed weather-pack connector is new for 2014 and is a major reliability upgrade compared to other bi-xenon harnesses.

Universal: This harness is designed to work with both positive and ground switched headlight circuits, making it universally compatible with all vehicles no matter new or old.

Plug n Play: The layout of the harness makes it easy to install. With just a few simple connections; even your mom could set this thing up! Wire lengths are long enough to be used in everything from compact cars to SUV’s, everything is clearly labeled, and it’s designed to be 100% plug and play (no cutting or splicing needed).

OEM Grade: Aside from being ahead of the game from a technical standpoint, the HD relay is also a work of art. With it’s wiring protected by abrasion resistant Techflex mesh sleeving and it’s extruded aluminum relay shell that’s been anodized and laser engraved – the MotoControl Harness will look factory fresh under the hood!

    MOPAR SPEC: LOW BEAM HARNESS

    DESCRIPTION

When a normal harness just won’t with Chrysler Vehicles, we always recommend the Mopar Spec MotoControl Bi-xenon relay harness from Morimoto.More

Chrysler Canbus: Modern Chrysler products like the Dodge Ram trucks all have super picky “can-bus” systems that monitor for changes in the headlight circuit and cause all kinds of problems when doing an HID conversion.

Capacitor & Resistors: The Mopar Spec harness is built around our standard HD low Beam harnesses, but there is also a 4700mF capacitor link to help absorb any pulsing signals emitted from the stock output for uninterrupted relay function. The HD Resistors add the load back onto the factory harness, tricking the ECU into thinking the stock halogen bulbs are still installed. The result is no errors or flickering.

Don’t Skimp: As one of the most important parts in any HID lighting upgrade; don’t skimp out when it comes to your wiring. It doesn’t matter how good your ballasts are. how good your bulbs are. If your harness is a piece of crap: when it gives out your headlights are gonezo. The Morimoto HD Relay harness is easily worth the premium price compared to cheaper alternatives.

Plug n Play: The layout of the harness makes it easy to install. With just a few simple connections; even your mom could set this thing up! Wire lengths are long enough to be used in everything from compact cars to SUV’s and it’s designed to be 100% plug and play (no cutting or splicing needed).

Fail-Safe: Unlike most generic harnesses out there that rely on a single low-quality relay to power both headlights, the Morimoto Harness utilizes one relay per side- so if one did happen fail, you wouldn’t be left completely in the dark. Each 40A relay is completely sealed against the elements using ribbed silicone upper and lower seals, and has an flywheel diode for back-EMF protection. Every other connection harness-wide is sealed with the proper silicone grommets. Live somewhere with weather that regularly sucks? No problem.

NOTE: This harness only works on the 13-14 Dodge Ram, will not work on the 2015+ (we are still developing a solution for the updated truck)

    MORIMOTO HD LOAD RESISTORS

    DESCRIPTION

The Morimoto Heavy Duty Load Resistors may do the same thing as a cheap golden resistor, but they’ll stay cooler, last longer, and look better doing it! More

You got it!: A top notch retrofit, a set of expensive LED bulbs, etc….why skimp out on the resistors that are sometimes required to keep your car happy while running them?

Notorious: As a component that’s notorious for getting extremely hot when in use, it’s not only careless to use a cheaply made part, its dangerous.

Above Average: Using two cement resistors housed inside of an anodized aluminum heat-sink, sealed on both ends and then wired using thick 14 gauge wiring and high quality terminals: from end to end the Morimoto HD load resistors are worlds better than your average “golden resistor”

Optional: Available in single or double resistor configurations to provide resistance across either a ground or positive, or both simultaneously. Most application only require the single pole version.

Integrated: mounting points should be used to mount the resistor shell to a metal surface under the hood. Must be mounted out of harms way and should not touch any plastic or other wiring.

    CAPACITOR LINK

    DESCRIPTION

Modern vehicles are coming from the factory with headlight circuits utilize pulsed voltage to run things like Daytime Running Lights.More

Flicker-Proof: Your HID system on vehicles with pulsing headlight circuits. Without a capacitor link: The ballasts will flicker/flash even if you install a relay harness since the pulse will translate into the relays – causing them to open and shut rapidly (often sounds like a buzzing noise)

Easy Fix: Simple plug-n-play installation between the factory output and the harness input with just one ground to connect. The Capacitor Link will intercept the pulsed voltage, store it, and then release it smoothly into the harness. It basically translates irregular “on/off” signals to constant “on” signals.

Ingredients: Our Capacitor Link utilizes a 10,000μF electrolytic capacitor, 14 gauge wiring, and OEM-quality 9006 Male/Female Input/outputs for universal compatibility with basically all single-xenon or low beam relay harnesses.

    HIGH BEAM SPLITTERS

    DESCRIPTION

Forget about crimp-on wire taps, these convenient “Y” pigtails make splitting or doubling the signals from your headlight system easy and clean.More

Double High Beams: So you already have a halogen high beam? When retrofitting a bi-xenon projector; you can harness the stock high beam power to activate the bi-xenon solenoid at the same time, thus doubling your high beam output.

Quad Retrofits: Use a splitter to run two low beam harnesses in parallel for four ballasts and then activate two pairs of bi-xenon solenoids off a single high beam output. Three total splitters needed.

Sport Bikes Retrofits: Instead of a single low beam and a single high beam, you can retrofit two bi-xenon projectors and split the single high beam output into both projector solenoids. Instant dual low beam dual high beam setup! (generally H7 Male to 9006/9006 female)

All Fitments: For the input, make sure to select the size that matches with your stock high beam bulb type. The output will generally be the female version of that same bulb, coupled with a 9006 to plug into your bi-xenon projector solenoid.

Freebie: When you order a bi-xenon retrofit kit from TRS that’s spec’d with a low beam relay harness, we’ll automatically include the 9005>9005/9006 splitters at no charge.
